Well, I read his VM to you, and he can't really use the PID finder because he has to advance the IV Frame, and every time you take a step in a place with wild pokemon, the PID advances. I think I can help him, though :)
I haven't been able to hit the seed properly for the last 5 times, but I was hitting the seed I was hitting wrongly the same; I kept getting Hasty Highly Curious.
Yeah, there's a button you click that says "Calculate Initial PID Frame" but it doesn't work with the seed in this area, because I have to run 128 steps before I get to Frame 6 which advances the PID anyway because I'm moving in an area with wild pokemon... :/

No, you can't choose your characteristic, but RNG Reporter (9.80, idk why 9.81 doesn't have it) shows you the characteristic for the pokemon on the specific PID frame, so it makes finding the frame you hit much much easier. RNG Reporter also has a PID initial frame finder, which is also super helpful for stationary pokemon!
I'm hitting the seed but the natures are all over the place O_o Is Frame 92 doable in a cave?

How cany I reliably check the Pid, though? It has one ability and no gender...
So as long as remember the route I take when doing the 128 steps to advance the PID I should be fine? Oh, and it has keypresses A+X, so I press them as soon as I load the game; can I just keep A held in, or do I have to re-press it?
Rev! I found a shiny HP Ice spread for my Cobalion! It's on Frame 6, nearest shiny 92... that alright? I just advance my Frame to 6, then I do Chatot advances then talk to the Cobalion? Or should it be on Frame 1...? I didn't think it would need to be Frame 1 as there's no PID to advance since its stationary, although I bet I'm wrong :P
I can use it for my Virizion anyway, because Virizion isn't in a cave (if it will affect the PID).. :P

How do you find your seed, though? Do you search for the entire seeed in RNG reporter? Or do you find a seed with three IV's you want, and then try to inherit the other three IV's?
