    I think it existed since 3rd Gen. I heard gen 5 RNGing is the easiest one though :P

    That stinks :P I was so lucky with my Chandy! Modest/ Flash Fire/ 31/x/31/31/x/31!! Now I know how to RNG however things are so much easier. I'll send you a PM with a mailadres I especially made for teaching people how to RNG (I'm hoping to build some sort of a tutoring project ^^). We can then make some sort of appointment. I think it takes up to 20-30 minutes and on MSN it will be so much easier to explain ;)

    If you wait a bit till i finish figuring out how to abuse PID RNG I can also teach you to get shinies ;)
