I managed to get a 31/31/31/31/31/31 Jolly Tornadus with your advice! The very first attempt I did (no Chatters/saves) was Jolly, so I guess I got very lucky :).

I saw your post in the VGC thread about how to RNG for roamers... that's very helpful, thanks! Only problem is... I've already released (and defeated) my roamer. It was my understanding that I could come back to the house after I beat the E4/Champion and release it again, but apparently it's automatically re-released after I beat the Champion. Is there no practical way to RNG for it now? :(
