I am, and Chargestone cave. Joltik. :3 I have tried on every level of the cave I can Sweet Scent on, and have gotten every Pokemon BUT the one I'm supposed to. I'm only doing frame 1 Pokemon, so I know it's wrong if it isn't a level 24 Joltik. But even then, I can't find any level 24 Joltiks. D:

Female DW Eevees are rather rare, since it's only 60% chance of passing the DW ability, and Eevees are only 12.5% chance of being female. I have plenty of females bred up, and I would love to have a thread partner.

Yes, They are. I got mine from a friend who has Japanese DW capabilities. I have a Japanese game, but I can't get onto the DW because I messed up in registry. And yes, I'm looking for a trade partner, because I have good Pokemon to trade now and my old thread is gone.

No. My tutor hasn't gotten past wild Pokemon's IVs. D: I wanted to try to expand without them, but everyone jumped at my throat.
