CB Sand Force Excadrill? Sounds like a bit like a waste, I'd rather just use Sand Rush because you're still hitting like a truck.

Yeah not going to be too worried about that in OU even if all three weathers go. Too many good Ice resists in OU to worry too much. Scizor, Heatran, etc.
