I like it for one simple reason: You did put the pokes' names underneath each sprite outside of the spoiler, this is useful when someone wants to use Ctrl+F to find a particular poke, well done!

There's this one, it's perfect even for the emulator, since you basically just need to know that you have to use a synchronizer and that your target frame may not be the one written in RNG reporter because it's usually nearby, there are also encounter slots like in 4th and 5th gen games but I don't know anything about them, I usually go trial and error. http://www.smogon.com/ingame/rng/emerald_rng_part3

I caught a ditto with 31 ivs in HP, Atk, Speed so I was able to breed a flawless duskull with frame 15563 even if the duskull had non-flawless ivs.

Nope, tutor moves can't be passed on by breeding.
EDIT: Unless the hatched poke is also able to learn them as egg moves.
