I don't know shiny Rngs but I know how to do captures. Shiftry isn't great, you're better off using chlorophyll Venusaur. Scarf rotom-w is great with volt switch existing. Porygon2 is great with eviolite.
Chansey's in both, do you need some suggestions for some pokemon that are really good in the 5th gen metagame? I know what's good for a weather team if you want to try one out
