    Btw, about your question. As long as a pokémon has a different 'language' it's international breeding (breeding my dutch pokes with english ones doesn't count unfortunately). So if you have a 4th gen Japanese torterra and you breed it with any other english BW poke it counts as International breeding.
    Yeah but the FAQ is not really about how to RNG. It's about questions that rise up when RNGing (so you should really already know how to RNG), the more difficult ones. Besides I don't want it cluttered up with posts. I'm not making one unless people really want me to. Untill that people can ask me for certain posts (I have them stored as private messages ^^).
    The RNG noobies guide however does deserve a place in my trade thread ^^ I think I'll be offering tutoring services about that anywayz ;)
