I could give you a better one. I got the Starly I wanted, and it will evolve in Staravia with Reckless. It is also female and it has flawless IVs. Oh and it is shiny.

Well, with pokecheck you can download pokémon to your game, but they will be holding a ribbon which is otherwise unattainable and makes them look hacked. You can upload pkmn files to both pokegts and ir-gts/ir-gts-bw and receive clones without anything added to them
I don't know of anywhere as easy to use as pokecheck, but you can try with http://pokegts.us/upload_file.php or you could experiment with ir-gts or ir-gts-bw depending on which game you're using

Have you been able to connect successfully to pokécheck, or haven't tried it yet?
all you gotta do is put DNS: 088.191.118.153 then go the the GTS put it up for trade put whatever you want doesnt matter it will say error then you go to see unclaimed pokemon from IP click it then it should show everything.
