    That's because it changes constantly because I have to turn off security everytime I want to trade (Since DS Lite only supports WEP security and WEP doesn't work for me for some reason xD).

    I'll let you know when. I have to wait for my brother to get off of Call of Duty, since if I change the security while he's playing he'll get mad, lol. Can you wait about 15 minutes? Sorry about the inconvenience.

    I hope you don't mind that it has Hydration, but that was the first seed I found (Imo Hydration is better, so I hope you agree).

    Thanks sososososososososososososo much! I finally got it :D I'm going to RNG a Bold HP Electric one next, then I'm going to do the Shelmet ;) Btw, you would prefer Timid for the Shelmet, correct? Or do you think Modest would be better?

    Hmm... wow, I forgot the path I took to get the bubble and I can't seem to find it anymore... xD Maybe I should write it down next time, or choose one that's less complex. :P

    Edit: I found a good bubble spot to use :D But it's kind of hard to make reappear, like you said.
    Hey iDeath, do you know how to find your SID? I started a new game, so I have anew SID, and I can't use thearcode anymore. besudes pokecheck, is there any other way?

    My starting frame is either 85 or 101. So, I'm going to try and hit my seed again and do +1 PID to see which of those it is. I just hope I can time it right, or this may take a while :P

    Edit: I found the perfect seed for the Shelmet! :D I'll get working on it after Feebas ;)

    I already found the Feebas seed, remember? :P The bubble spot one that's Frame 5. I'm about to start it, and try to find my "route" for the spot to appear. But I'll search for a Frame 1 seed just in case the bubble spot is to troublesome :]

    Btw, what version of RNG Reporter are you using, and what encounter type did you set it to for the bubble spot abuse you did? I'm not sure if RNG Reporter 9.81 is correct for Bubble Spot/Fishing, but if that's the version you're using, then it prob. is.

    No, I don't, I mostly abused it for a Shiny Joltik <3

    But, I'm sorry, I just noticed that it's encounter slot 8, not 9 :( But if I ever find an encounter slot 1/3/7/9/11 shiny seed, I'll gladly RNG it for you as a gift for helping me! (Searching for a seed now :P)

    And, no thanks, I'm determined to successfully RNG my own Milotic/Feebas! But thank you for the offer. :]

    Oh, I see. I abused my ID/SID for an HP Ice seed, slot 9, so I could use it, but I want different IVs. I found a different seed that's not to bad: Frame 5, PID 622, HP Grass 70, encounter slot 0 (So I'll have to fish in a bubble spot for Feebas). I think I'll use it :]

    The thing is, when you Fish for Feebas, it has slots 3 and 4, which are hard to come by. Restricting RNG Reporter to searching for slots 3/4 AND Frame 1 is going to be tough :( But it would make RNGing this thing a lot easier.

    If I can't find frame 1, I'll just go with the lowest frame I can find, and try to walk a simple path so that I can sync up with the NPC more easily.
    Oh...this isnt a new finding...the games saves your step counter,so you could probably walk 1 step and advance the IV frame.So,you got a bubble spot to appear to you in that seed in less than 30 steps?What you did when the bubble spot didnt appear?Changed the movement?
    I was hitting the IV seed for dragonite all the time ,i coulndt hit the right PID

    And, I'm trying Fishing now, without a bubble spot (For Feebas). But I could always go back to my Bubble Spot seed if it's easier.

    Edit: Wow, that really helps a lot! I think I should find a seed with a lower IV frame because I'm currently using one with an IV frame of 29 (28 advancements). Thanks :D
