The parents being shiny doesn't make a difference for the baby. The only thing that would make a difference is if you have one english parent and one foreign parent. Did you read any breeding abuse guides? You have to hit two seeds for it: One for PID (Nature, gender, ability, shinyness) and one for IVs. If you're abusing in DPPt. it's going to be frustrating because there are NPCs.
