actually I believe he meant they were available as a magikarp with swift swim, and as an electabuzz with static which are legit, but seem misleading.
Magikarp gets Swift Swim, and Elekid gets Static. It's possible he forgot to change it, or means they are UT in their pre-evolution forms.
EDIT: It does, he says Magikarp and Electabuzz explicitly.

It gives all of your Pokes info. PokeCheck.org, as a whole, is pretty much like file sharing music, or movies, but with Pokes.
It works for both retail carts, and emulators.

Sure. The level should be between the Mamboss level (giant elephant boss thing) and Mamboross (you also get the Charge! command on this level)
The gamefaq guide that I'm reading says that you need to bring some Yumipons (the bird patapons? idk) to the level. If that doesn't work then I guess that you can't replay the level :(
I think it is Mission 19- Shiny Star and Black Star. It SHOULD be replayable, although maybe the shiny star won't drop the black star this time.
Hmmm... I faintly remember that level. I THINK you should be able to replay it, since you can replay most levels in patapon 2. I'll try checking a gamefaq guide to see if it is replayable.
