    Ok, here's the plan (Not guaranteed to be a Woobat, but I can assure the IVs if we pull this off correctly)

    We have Frame 8. Since we're RNGing for IVs are Starting Frame is 1. This magical equation from the PRNG thread tells us...

    (Target Frame) – (Initial Frame) – (Starting Frame) + 1 = Advances Required

    Our Target Frame is 8, so after some simple math.

    8 (Target) - 1 (Initial) - (1 Starting) + 1 = 7 Advances required.

    The best way I can think of advancing the frame 7 times without messing with the PC is to walk 128 *7 steps with 1 Pokémon in our party. Either that, or search for a different seed.

    Swoobat? I'm no battler, but for starters I'd suggest a 31/x/31/31/31/31 or 31/x/31/30/30/31 (For HP Ground) Let me know when you get results (Seeds).

    Once you're done filling those in, click the 'Generate' button to bring up results. If you have a old computer, loading results may take a while. If no results show up, try changing to date, or allow button press combos on the DS Parameters Window.

    On the left hand corner, have the tab opened 'Capture'. You should see something that says 'Search' and slots for date, IVs and a lot of other stuff. Select Method 5 (Standard Seed) as your Method and since we're catching, select Wild Pokémon for Encounter type. Select the desired IVs (I'm assuming something like 31/31/31/x/31/31) and put whatever date you want. Ignore delays, and pick a frame range of 1 to about 15 or so.

    Well, do what you want. I finally found a time to catch my volcarona so I'm gonna focus on that.

    Well, you can always ask me or some other friendly RNGers on the 5thgenPRNG help. I suggest RNGing a nonshiny legend such as catching your Victini. It's easy and Victini cannot be shiny so there's no drive for that.

    Good luck trying to learn. It took me quite a while, but I freaked out when I got my first shiny RNG done. Getting the ivs is quite easy though, it's just nature and shininess that bugged me.

    Anyways, it's taking forever to search for shiny capture seeds. I got lucky finding a shiny HP ice seed for Virizion in under ten minutes.
