Zari posted on my VM wall. I have semi-redis rights on Tentacool, so that would make for your 5th credit.
I have Tentacool available as UT, or trained, 252 Def/220 SpAtk/36 HP at level 100 and Acid Spray/Giga Drain/Surf/Ice Beam as it's moveset (all PP Maxed).
And I can trade whenever. I just finished up a battle.

4 out of 5 are fine. I need to confirm redis rights on Tentacool with Zari. If Zari gives me rights, I'm fine with that one too.
Victini's only come as UT.
Gyarados comes either EVd in Gen 5, or UT in Gen 4 as Magikarp.
Deoxys comes UT in Gen 4, or EVd in Gen 5 with 252 Atk/252 Speed/4 HP and a moveset of Stealth Rock/Spikes/Ice Punch/Superpower.
