    I need it for (possibly) all of the following...
    Outspeed, and OHKO Excadrill during a Sandstorm.

    Outspeed, and OHKO Skarmory, Starmie, Jellicent, and Politoed.

    Revenge kill Tyranitar.

    Revenge kill Gyrados after one or two Dragon Dance boosts.

    ...a Modest, HP Fighting Jolteon w/ Quick Feet can do all of that. No turns to set up required.

    Sounds great, I've just gotten my Rotom-w cloned by AR by user:wordproblems so let me know when a good time for you to trade is.
    I don't really like nicknames so I'm not interested in the mence anymore. I prefer 5th gen EV training (a lot less hassle trading).
