    No, it doesn't. It has a 50/50 shot of having serene grace as a togekiss regardless of its ability as a togepi.
    If you could succesfully complete this project, instead of eppie's deoxys I could another big credits for a CP Deoxys ><.

    Huh.. I never thought about using that method of SID abuse in other 3rd gen games... The initial seed is determined when you press a button at the opening movie for R/S correct? That's what I've read for FR/LG...

    In any case, if you make a save state after your TID has been set the RNG advancement should always be the same.
