    the swarm changes with the day, and ralts swarm is on Route 34(right by the daycare). In order to get the swarm to change, change your clock to 11:59 and let the clock roll over, check the pokemon show for the new swarm pokemon, save and repeat till ralts shows up.

    for synchers, abuse till you get a swarm of Ralts, much easier as they can't teleport away :)

    BUT, I had my parameters set to something that wasn't correct, and so the seed I found isn't viable on the game I am using. Back to searching! Sorry again D:!

    Timid, Ability 0, 30/14/30/31/31/31, HP Ice 70.
    Is that satisfactory? As I don't want to attempt at abusing it unless if it is. As it's PID shiny frame is like 1366. xD!
    I plan to learn as soon as I have time. I'm a college student and the semester is starting so I don't really have time now. But I congratulate you on the success. :3
