Well Jellicent has Water Absorb. And they all have pretty good IVs.
If you need a Calm Jellicent, Careful Dragonite, and Bold Cresselia, your in Luck. I just asked Shii for those three Pokemon. I told him I have new Korean Pokemon(He likes those) soon and now I'm waiting for him to reply when he gets online.
That will be a big help. :) And sorry, but I haven't learned how to RNG in 4th Gen yet. However, I do have a couple people who owe me credits and there's not really anything I want. Let me do a little hunting this evening and I bet I can get one. Just Bold flawless?
Pokecheck gave them the Clear. They were all RNGed like you were told.
Everyone is good except for Heatran. The Original was Naive. I know that because I have the Naive one. Someone edited the Nature, and obviously did it pretty badly.

You shouldn't need to worry about the Blacklist Thread anymore. Bruno should have contacted you first as it says in the first post but you guys resolved it so the mods should be happy. I don't think you want to try and get the guy you got it from in trouble either as it sounds like a mistake that he's willing to make right as much as possible. Anyway, you shouldn't expect anymore trouble from that mess. Sorry this happened but I'm glad it worked out without getting any messier. :)
Yeah sure, just let me check a few of my own. You remember that DW Chimchar with Japan, that Chimchar shows completely LEGIT. >.<
