I know lol, I actually read the instructions included with the codes. (although the last save I received had all HMs as well and nothing happened when I got them through storyline, but fear not I'm not taking chances with that either xD, just TMs)

Depends on your terms such as codes allowed (I actually only use IV/EV check; 100% catch rate and ocassionally box cloning; but I have no problems playing without them either) and how fast do you need it done.
