No, it won't pass VGC hack checks.
All of the PCNY "Wish" event Pokes are different. They were realeaesed as eggs which you had to hatch yourself. They have the hatchers OT, TID, and SID.
The thing that makes the PCNY event eggs different is the fact that despite being eggs originally, they have PIDs that can only otherwise be legal from FR/LG wild encounter Pokemon.
I have a Bold, Natural Cure 31/*/31/31/31/31 Chansey with Wish and Seismic Toss, but I used the Gen 4 Rage/Mimic glitch to get it's moves. I wouldn't call it 100% legit, but you can still pass it on GBU and save battle videos without it coming up as hacked.
It's hard to pick without knowing what you actually have.

They were all cloned after EVing (it's the trading niche I've gotten into)
But I'll take the UT Zapdos, because I empathize with you.
just one plus the original so 12 mons total, keep a copy of yourself, slowpoke doesnt need cloning, just the kings rock :P
