I can only find the Quiet Eevee as UT on my White.
The reason why that could be bad new is that I have essentially screwed myself out of the only Use I had for it...As a Trick Room Flareon...But no Superpower in Gen 5.
I hope you hadn't planned on it being a Flareon that needed Superpower.
