    I mean, I could probably get a friend to hack hypnosis onto it or something, but Marvel Scale with Rest-Talk and recover are the only things that set Milotic apart in OU, and Starmie is easily the better sweeper, so Rest-Talk was the way to go... If you can find a better spread or set, barring a hidden power for my Milotic, then everything is PEACHY!

    Um, basically... I just want to use Milotic as competitively as possible, and I have a shiny one with ivs of 30/x/29/31/31/31 ingame but it's Calm, doesn't have any egg moves, and no hidden power, so I'm trying to utilize its Rest-Stall moveset...

    The team's doing really well. Today, Milotic managed to 2KO a Heatran and Toxic-Stall a Dragon Dancing Salamence to death, sacrificing itself, right as the +3 Salamence succumbed to the poison.
