    Search for a seed with an IV frame of 1. Always. That'll be better for you.
    Unless if it's for abuses that need a higher IV frame.

    What do you mean by route? When RNG'ing it's always best to have the lowest frame possible for what you're abusing. So in this case, an IV frame of 1.
    I've never RNG'd anything with an IV frame that needed advancing.
    Your best bet is to do the same. Advancing one RNG is difficult enough as is. Advancing two just makes it dumb. xD!

    OK. Just a few quick questions. What nature are you wanting? Have you released your roamer yet? Do you have Chatots w/ chatter handy? Are you using a synchroniser?

    Haha I've played since RBY, just not ever as seriously as now.
    It's quite of a refreshing break from all the mmorpg's I used to play.

    The horsea shouldn't take too long, as I have good parents for it in 5th gen. But I'm going to start this project tomorrow, because it's really late right now and I gotta go to bed. D=

    No problem. Do you want it in 5th gen. or 4th? It is actually an egg move in 5th gen. (I believe), just to let you know. ;)

    If it doesn't have the right IV's, you didn't hit your seed.
    Which means it won't be listed anywhere within the seed you have.
    Reset and try again.

    Most things I currently want can be RNG'd in gen 5, so I haven't though much about gen 4 lately.

    Hmmm I'm not quite sure, maybe naive chimchar with stealth rock if you don't have one of those. Other than that I don't have many ideas on what I'd get as a 4th gen BP.
