Yeah, I would at that point. That should work but if it still doesn't, close RNG Reporter and re-open it. I can't remember the specifics but I think I remember there being some kind of issue the first time you enter your SID or something for some people. Anyway, I'm sure you'll get it sorted out. Sometimes, I have to look through more than one month to find a seed. If finding a seed proves too difficult then go ahead and slap an Everstone on one of your parents if they are modest. As good as your parents are, I don't think you should have to do that though. You probably already do but make sure you have Ditto Parent checked. It's infuriating to wait forever for a seed only to find your search was no good. I'm off to bed in about 5 min. but I'll be back on tomorrow evening. Good luck!

Thanks. Then were you talking about where it asks for the min and max frame in shiny egg finder? If so, I use 50 - 200 most of the time (300 if I have poor parents). On some frames, 50 is too low to hit but it usually works and I like to see my easy (low) options.
Can you tell me what ivs the parents have?
If you are talking about the seed frame, only 8. For breeding, your frame(seed) should always be 8. Advancing it with the NPCs in the area is unreliable.
EDIT: The Shiny Egg Finder has it automatically set to 8 but if you are using the Capture tab for a non-shiny breed, you need to make sure that you change both the min and max frame to 8.
