Skarmory needs to be taught Stealth Rock and Roost (Get rid of Peck and Curse)

Phanpy needs to be taught Stealth Rock (Get rid of Endeavor)

Both Rotom need to be tutored Pain Split and Trick (Get rid of Confuse Ray and Double Team/Shockwave)

Croagunk needs to be tutored Ice Punch (Get rid of Astonish) After that, clone the Croagunk two times. Teach one clone Focus Punch in place of Cross Chop and the other clone Low Kick in place of Cross Chop. There'll be 3 total Croagunk, each one with a different Fighting move.

I can't trade on 4th Gen. I had to sell my SS.

I don't know what you are asking because your statement makes no sense. You could at least put full stops in the right place.
I think that the best way for someone like you to function would be to pretend to have a lot of 'other' stuff and go around other people's threads looking for stuff on their want list and offering (like you did for me). This means you will be able to have an 'unlimited' supply of pokemon out the back, which you can pokegen on command, and It won't looks suspicious adding them to your thread all the time.
Congratulations on your technique, although not good enough to avoid the ban hammer. If you are so certain that you don't hack, I suggest you stop arguing and the mods will see your legitimately looking and far more reasonable side of the story.

Impact, you address none of my points. You say that you upload from the game "when I put in the DNS then send the pokemon" when it is impossible. You are clearly used to convincing people you pokemon come from your game when it is really from .pkm files that you created. BUSTED, sir, BUSTED. I don't know why I (or you) are arguing, when you are so obviously a hacker. Anyway, one less negative force in the smogon community.
I suggest you delete your account and make a new, more fair one.
