    Run a search with DW Ability unchecked, nature set to any, and target ivs all set to any/none. You should get results coming out your ears immediately if it's working.

    Your older search would have got you more results. not less. First try it with all the desired ivs set to none, nature, and ability set to any. Make sure your Reporter is working before you wait for another search.
    HP_O will take 3, 7, 11, 15, 19, 23, 27, or 31 which all give you HP Electric 70 with the other ivs
    Actually, i was a tad more specific since you wanted HP Electric. I did:

    Alright. I've entered all of your Parameters and your search infl and am looking for a seed you can use. I can get it to work fine so this makes absolutely no sense. I guess try re-downloading RNG Reporter. I can't imagine that being the problem but I'm plum out of ideas.
