I'm not particularly familiar with RNG mechanics (still at the Non-RNG-abuse corner .-.) but if they're both international parents from the same country shouldn't that throw away masuda method, thus making you use the normal RNG method?, anyways good luck with that, hope to see a Biosci's DW Eevee soon. :P
shouldn't it be easier since the eevee itself is japanese? (masuda method over everstone method is a pain though -_-)

You're after an anticipation eevee? Here's a hint: your best bet would be asking for bond's female eevee since it's fully redis (which is hex flawless). Though should someone trade one to you I'm 99% sure it'll be the one from pokecheck in which case you can get it for yourself.
