Well, 225 is the lowest it can possibly be at level 100. If you go from the highest, 328 - 25(the 100 EVs that were not used)x1.1 (boost for being beneficial nature), you get about 27. so 301.

Hey, I just now figured it out. I was looking over the stats at Serebii and I realized that I wasn't giving the 1.1x boost, considering the stat is for a boosting nature. 152/4 = 38+31=69. 69x1.1 = 76. 225 is the lowest the stat can be (with no IVs or EVs). so, 225 + 76 = 301.
