I just got a shiny bold larvesta from a BP, not HP electric though :)
The first 11 pokemon need leveling + cloning. Ho-oh needs Brave Bird (replace Aerial Ace) and Heatran needs Earth Power (replace Earthquake). I only need 1 extra copy of each. Then after that I have a few others that simply need cloning.
IVs or EVs? And what nature/moves are we talkin?

How many times did you get C7C before? I'd count all of them even if they were at different times. Whichever you had more of total, use.
