Alright.
1. I'll give you 2 Magnemites that are exactly the same. Just EV each one differently, with the exact spreads that are in my trade thread, then level/evolve them both. Be sure that when you clone them at the end that you clone and return 2 copies of each Magnezone.
2. I'll give you a Dratini that you should EV with 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Speed. While leveling it, teach it Outrage and Fire Punch (heart scale after evolving to Dragonite). Keep ExtremeSpeed and Dragon Dance so that you can tailor the set to your specific interest.
3. EV Chimchar with with 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Speed, then level it (teach Close Combat, keep Thunderpunch).
4. EV Celebi with 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Speed and level it (don't teach any moves).
5. EV Ferroseed with 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef and level it (teach Power Whip and Gyro Ball, keep Spikes).

That's it! Just remember to return 2 copies of each pokemon at the end. Also notice that I gave you less to work on then I originally said :)

Alright, so in regards to EVing...
You can just take the Dratini and Magnemites I have and EV/level them and keep copies for yourself :) The Magnezones on my thread I actually hadn't finished preparing yet, I just put them there for easy reference.
As for Victini and Landorus, you can EV/level/clone another 4 of my pokemon. Whenever you want to start I'll give you more in-depth details.
