Looked it up. All moves with at least 60% accuracy will have 100% accuracy while Gravity is in effect.
Gravity = accuracy boosts.
A roughly 85% accurate Hypnosis, and roughly 90% accurate Focus Blast would make it viable. Alakazam is one of the fastest Pokes in the game.

how you doing?I'm living in a dorm right now (I returned to my regular home for this weekend) and to get wifi here I had to buy something called a MiFi hotspot, which lets me do Random Matchup mode but hasn't seemed to let me trade with at least one person. It might be something on that person's end, but it might be mine also. Tell me when and if you want to try anyway. -
