Oof, you should be aware that Kaphotic's XD legality tool has been publicly released so that means there may be fairly undetectable hacks for XD mons out there in the future. Just a heads up. Here's a link to the tool now that it's public should you get the desire to RNG them yourself but be aware that it is quite difficult and requires the RAM hack method. :/

Ok the Hypno is in 4th gen with the requested moves.

I didn't realize the fact that the Def IV of 0 could actually be beneficial until you asked me to teach it Counter. O.o

Yeah I can teach the Hypno those moves. I'm pretty sure that I didn't use the Mimic tutor on my retail save but I'll be using save restoration to keep it that way. Oh and just an FYI I can't rename it as my friend had started a new XD save file.
