Well the important one is Pain Split mostly. And if you're only going to use it in-game you can clone it and use the Mimic glitch to get a totally illegal moveset for the lulz.

You will have redis rights so if you really have to get someone else to transfer it for you I guess you can let them keep a copy if they want one but... That's why I transfer with pokecheck.org.
