Also, as for secret documents - you are an aero officer, nothing is a secret in there. I even put stuff in my archive that had plc known at the time it had happened, he woulda kicked me from aero - just that it worked out afterwards that keeps me in...
The general rule is anything not from another officer goes in without question, and anything between you and an officer is for approval by both parties - the problem is that your seeming hesitation is causing for suspicion...
