Ah, I was looking at your conversation with xElite, where he says that The old Sea Map for mew was only released in Japan, well, that's true but what if someone went in Japan at the event with the US version of the game? Negator told me that this person would have received the old sea map anyway, but he isn't sure, of course, this is just theory :p

No, I'm serious. The item needed to get Mew was only released in Japan. "The Old Sea Map was only released officially in Japan, and was distributed in 2005 during the Pokémon Festa event." Source.

-Tips..hmm.. try with Alternate spreads first, you'll need to know if your can hit those or maybe splits / no splits but for example I usually hit Alternate spreads (method on reporter).
Ah one last thing, I have a 3rd gen flawless ditto if you need one :D

How did you do that? I don't know how to xD. I got a 31/0/31/31/31/31 Calm spread on Emerald by luck and on Fire Red I got 31/18/31/30/31/31 HP Grass 70 Calm spread.
