Well I could leave the search going for a few more hours, but I'm not sure how many results I'll get. It's searched about 7.5 Billion seeds and only found 1 with the IVs that you need. It had everything correct except for The F for Female when I saw right as I woke up. I was just like "You've gotta be kidding me -.-" Well I have to go into town I'll try for it later.
