It's really quite simple. I mean once Toast figured it out, he explained it to me. Took me a little bit to grasp, but once I got it. I realized how dumb I was being. It's super basic. Block Pokemon just basically "overwrite" the encounter slots of the normal non-block Pokemon. In order of appearance, which we are mapping out.
