my target frame changes each poke. gligar was 21 and my initial frame is 3. so 8 journal flips+NPC movement should be close to 21
well i kinda do a guess method i made up myself. i do 1 less journal flip then wait a couple seconds for an NPC to move before getting the egg. works most of the time
well that was the fastest RNG breed i've done so far. i was doing my homework at the same time =]
