What do you mean, different but very close? Every frame has a different IV spread :P Well, I guess there are some with the same IV spread but there's very few like that.

Hmm... well in 3rd gen. there's only 1 seed: 00000000 and you hit it every single time. The way you get different IVs is by hitting a different frame, and the frame advances by about 60 every second. So in order to find frames to hit open up RNG Reporter, and make it Method 2 (For wild pokemon) and Method 1 (For Stationary and gift pokemon and roaming pokemon) and then hit generate. Just leave the ID/SID and the seed blank.

I can't trade on the 4th gen for a while. Because my USB connector is acting wierd and I can't get access to the wifi on the 4th gen (except for the 5th gen). which means, I'm gonna have to do the pokeshifting myself. :(
First go to your user profile, then under "Your Profile" go to "Profile Privacy", then for "Visitor Messages" change from "Everyone" to your friends, and then botherers whom wanted to laugh like a hyena just to see you get into trouble will no longer see your visitor messages anymore.
What do you mean "enter the IVs"? IVs for what? For finding a seed?
