Well..... I think it is a deoxys that you don't have. If you managed to get any spare time, can you rng abuse this 3rd gen deoxys:
Pokemon: 3rd gen Deoxys
Shiny: Doesn't matter
Nature: Timid
HP - 70 Fire hidden power
IV's: 31/x/31/30/31/30
Desired ball: Nest ball (if shiny); luxury ball (if non-shiny)
I perfer it to be shiny but it doesn't matter if it's shiny or not
OR if you can rng abuse a timid deoxys with 70 fire hp quickly from Oblivia, that's fine.

Hozu, just a question, you posted some warp code locations for JPN Emerald ROM, it works perfectly, but when you enter at a place it "rewinds" where you are again and again and again, do you know to how fix this? You may reply at your own VM wall if thats ok.

Ok, that's great! My Rash one outsped a 122 speed pokemon when it had only 120 speed itself.
Assuming that Greevil's pokemon don't have boosts, I think that's fine. I can't think of anything else.
