well i guess those codes are for English stuff,for jap codes ask loukas or bitterlemon and those codes worked for me very nice

Ok, Im using VBA-RR too, which is perfect, I understand the rest, but the only thing I don't understand, whats a vuala?

Cheats -> view cheat list -> click on gameshark
put the cheat and vuala,theres no need of a master code stuff
Err, before I try the codes, what part is the codes in? (Gameshark, codes, etc), also, is there any master codes to make it activate.

No problem, it's for emerald. I can give you one for FR/LG if you need.
You can also probably battle Clamperl underwater, iirc it gives you defense.
Edit: just remembered you can battle Whismur in the Rusturuf Tunnel, as well as it, Loudred, and Ditto in the Desert Underpass

Atk - Shuppets in Mt. Pyre
Def - Geodude/Aron in Granite Cave
SpA - Spinda/Slugma on Route 113
SpD - Tentacool/Tentacruel in Abandoned Ship
Spe - Zubat in the Altering Cave

Do you just need them on your save file? I can just put them in if you give me your save file, or I can just give you another save file with ditto already in, your choice :)
how are you trying to open it? You can't just double click on it, you need to run the command prompt, get to the folder where rse.exe is and then type rse, just like in the video tutorial.
I guess.... you need to run "cmd" as admin?
