    If you're saying you'd rather use the roamer method, I guess that's fine :P

    What you would do is confirm your seed and use the radio to advance your frame. To advance the frame with the radio, start at the center and press the bottom-right button on the radio. Each time you do that, the frame advances by 1. After you press the button, drag the circle back to the middle and press the button again. Just keep repeating.

    Ok, so Entei's roaming and Raikou is caught so yes, Latias should be on frame 1. But since you have Entei roaming her starting frame might be 2 or 3 since Entei might advance the frame.

    So what exactly do you need help with? :P

    Are you RNGing her at the E4, or at the Fan Club? It'll be really hard and frustrating at the Fan Club, so I can't help you there.

    Oh, that's unfortunate :/...I think Princess of Johto has experience with Radio Seed, maybe try asking her about it. Sorry I can't be of more assistance.

    Do you want jirachi in gen4 or 5?

    It's just a pain for me to shift it since it has an event ribbon. The movesets for it in my gen5 game are:

    Iron head/ stealth rock/ fire punch/ thunderpunch

    Oh, if Entei is out there, Latias would be Frame 1. After you save one step before the lance battle when you are trying to check your seed you can use Radio Seed. I haven't used it myself, but I took a look and it is basically like using Elm calls except you are interpreting the radio phrases instead. When you check the stations, it will be advancing your frame so you have to be mindful of that, but it should work just fine.

    Is Entei still roaming? If you can't use the roamer method to determine your seed, you can use the Radio Seed program. If Entei out there I believe Entei would be starting Frame 1 and Latias would be Frame 6. If you wanted to get Entei out of the way, then Latias would be Frame 1 if it was your only roamer left.

    But you can use it for Kyogre! I abused this spread on my SS, but I don't want to use it on Lugia. I'll use it for Zapdos and some wild pokemon.

    Lol! We did abuse for the same spread, since my seed has a delay of 519 as well xD

    I was worried about not being able to hit that low of a delay, but even with my AR it's possible :)
