I have a few GBU specific ets in mind still that involve all of the egg moves, but the one's I listed above cover the standard sets. I didn't adjust the movesets though, so all of the egg moves are still on them.

That Blissey I sent you if from onne of my doubles rain teams, and works surprisingly well. could use a better Speed IV though.
Yes, I can EV them and send them back.
For Toed, I suggest a minus speed nature, and 0 Speed IV. Thiis will get your weather up first if you also run Iron Ball as it's hold item.
In doubles, it might be worth running a defensive set w/ Perish Song + Protect.
Zappy has HP Ice 70, but that's fairly common around Smogon.
