    Also is it possible to get this? Bagon tutored Outrage (keep DD), Registeel tutored Stealth Rock and Rotom tutored Pain Split?

    Well you can't be first, since I've already done it. :) But good luck anyways, and I hope your battery doesn't die before you can pull it off, because that would suck.
    It's based off the time when your cart's battery was first inserted or first used (not sure which.) But you can't control the date/time, so you basically have one shot for every spread. If you miss, you have to wait like a month and a half on average for the seed to pop up again.
    Hold on, RS? I never tried it.
    This means RS is different than FRLG. In FRLG it was: Hold a button and timer0 increments.
    It's really not worth the time tbh. You have to spend hours just get the range of seeds. Then more time to actually hit a seed with a good spread on a low enough frame.

    Oh as for narrowing it, timer0 depends on duration of the presses. You would be more screwed by holding it IMO.
