They aren't the kind of ribbons that prevent it from being traded on the GTS, though. Only event ribbons have that effect -- these are just regular contest ribbons. ;)

Sorry for the inconvenience, I was going crazy with all those horseas in my thread and didn't realize that I put the wrong sprite. D=
