  • ok that is what you are going very wrong,see chatot doesn't advance iv frame's,it advance's the PID frames which controls shinyness,nature and gender
    ok and you say your seed has a frame of 14 is that right,as in the seed you found in the time finder
    but what's your IV frame? if your IV frame is 12 you'd better find one with frame 1, cause it's hard to advance frames near Cobalion

    And do quick for the water guy(forget it's name :P), there's the yellow, and the light blue :D and they match real good lol
    Stand in front of Cobalion faced to him and save the game, turn DS off, start the game at 51 seconds of the date that Reporter indicated, hold your keypresses, enter the game, then flip frames and talk to him. Remember not to turn C-Gear on.
    put any in the nature box.
    check synchronize frames only and then put Impish to the box that unlocked. Then generate and wait for the results. Don't forget to input a month you want to search in.
    your problem looks kinda impossible to me...
    You messed up something while searching I guess... there should be a date in Capture Window in Time Finder. maybe you forgot to scroll your results to right? You can't see all seed's parameters without scrolling to right :)
