I'm using the radio station with the bottom right button when the goldenrod theme plays to advance the frame. Its the one thing I've seen thats consistent. I'm running tests to see how different things will work for me. I'm using an actual cartridge with no AR, so it'll be a bit harder. I've been luckier than most people so far.
