Do the Magnet Train stuff, get the Radio card from the Pokemon Tower from Lavender, wake the Snorlax up at Diglett's Cave and go through it (with Cut with you) and you're at Pewter. Go downward to the waters and Surf to Cinnabar.
Hmmm dont know about Pewter City but cant you get to Cinnabar by Surfing SouthEast of the South route of Fushia? Or Surf South in the first town? I forget what that town is called :x

And it is extremely difficult to abuse them in there, 1) you cant check if you hit your delay 2) Walking towards lance and all that crap just seems difficult :(
But yes you CAN RNG them in his room but its really really hard ;__;

:) It was a very lucky soft reset. I can ID/SID abuse on Platinum but I'm horrid at it on HGSS. I also don't even know how to RNG on HGSS yet so don't get jealous yet =P

I know there's the group of three between the city where the 4th and 7th gym are (can't remeber the names) and one just after where you see Sudowodo. I just got into Kanto, but I'll keep an eye out for more. But I haven't seen any groups of three with a white one yet.

That's why I think it's the Hours not the Days (which romsstar thinks). I always use 9:00 AM in any day and I get my old reliable radio advancing spreads (3 bot left, 1 bot right, 12 (or perhaps more) top right).

I guess you can count the taps.
Tap it, then move it downwards so the signal gets outside of the station, then tap it again.
bot left station = 3 frames
top right station = 14-15 frames (it varies which is annoying)
other stations = 0
eww, don't like this too much. You can still move around in the wild pokemon areas and increase the frames by 2.
And perhaps Ho-Oh is frame 6 on your account, oddly. -
