Ok that's good! Shiny Rotom is kind of ugly, though. I think I'm going to catch a non-shiny HP Fire one someday. After the HP Grass spread, I'm going to abuse for Timid HP Fire, mostly for Shaymin. I wish there was a Timid spread that came with Modest, though. That way I could catch a shiny Modest HP Fire Cresselia as well. But Timid comes with Lonely :(
Oh yeah! True! Has any one ever used HP Grass Washtom against you? Since you've been testing Gastrodon.
Yep, I'm planning on getting Heatran, Rotom (The only Rotom for that likes HP Grass is Heat), Houndour, Moltres, and Zapdos. That's all I have thought of so far. I'm sure there's more!
Very few. I have a Hasty HP Fighting 59 Technician Mr. Mime in a Dream Ball, and a Naive Disable Gastly in a Dream Ball. I was aiming for Timid on both but I got those ugly natures and I was too annoyed to keep going! xD

Well, you can use skarm for SR, but in OU double-spikes may be too much of a burden for roserade to handle, so it's a fine idea, but you better get another SR'er then

Latias should be fine, but if you're using it in ou you'll need skarm or something to prevent dragons from steamrolling you

Giga Drain is better on either set. You can use HP Fire in the last slot if you'd like.
Use Ice Beam I guess. You always have Toxic Spikes. While you can always Toxic levitators, I feel Ice Beam would be better here. It hits Dragonite, and its good for when it Subs. It is stronger too.
EVs are fine
Spikes + Dragon Tail is much better. Try double spiker Rade.
There is barely any benefits to Roaring around Toxic Spikes. If something is poisoned, its poisoned. Maybe you can poison as many things before they spin, but eh. Dragon Tail + Spikes capatalizes on damage. When you have Toxic Spikes, you really want to stall things out. Force them into situations where they just can't switch, so Toxic really takes a toll.
I just laddered to 1477 with a mindless team. Number 14 on Smogon right now, and I plan on going for 1600 lol.
Okay, and yeah. The synergy is great. Roserade actually sets up on most Celebi. The synergy doesn't impress me though. I can say a lot of things have amazing synergy. More than most people can count. XD

Milotic/roserade are a nice combo, because they cover eachother's weaknesses pretty well (except for roserade's psychic weakness but psychic attacks are meh), and roserade provides hazard support milotic needs so bad :P. Let's talk on PO to see what we can do to make a nice team with them, k?
