Only issue with this is that for most of the pokemon it will have to be a revenge kill meaning your going to have to lose one of your pokemon. Not many things can just switch into an attack from Mega Kang. Also when you do get them out all your going to do is make kang switch out, not defeat it...

I would say that stalling is still very viable as long as you don't go full stall. If you only have stallers on your team then I agree that it is pretty easy to work around them. If you just boost or sometimes put a sub up, for toxic staling, you can beat an all stall team with out to much...

Not really, gliscor is really good don't get me wrong, execpt it can't take a special hit and also can't take an ice hit. Hippow can take both of these which at time can make him better when facing a enemy like cloyster and fast pokemon like latios that can OHKO gliscor.
